Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between GK8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered through the gk8 platform, accessible at gk8.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

GK8 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including but not limited to users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. Our services include live casino games, sports wagering, slot titles, and associated promotional programmes.

By creating an account on gk8 or by continuing to use the platform after any updates to this Agreement are published, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must cease use of the gk8 platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on gk8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. GK8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or employee of another party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the gk8 Platform or any associated service operated by the Company.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a GK8 employee or contractor.
• Your registration details — including your full name, date of birth, and contact information — are accurate, complete, and verifiable.

GK8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the GK8 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or bonuses therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and a preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.

You agree to notify GK8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. GK8 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from the User's failure to adequately secure their credentials.

• Account sharing with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
• Automated registration, scripted account creation, or the use of bots to register accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension.
• GK8 reserves the right to verify account ownership at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification.

Terms of Use

By using the GK8 platform, you agree to use all services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the gk8 platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward GK8 staff or other users.

GK8 monitors user activity and transaction patterns continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Company may suspend your Account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, void bets, and in serious cases, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

GK8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of approved payment methods available to Malaysian users. Supported methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency options (BTC and USDT).

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the User's own name. GK8 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

• Minimum deposit: As specified on the Cashier page; subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum withdrawal: As specified on the Cashier page; subject to change without prior notice.
• Processing time: Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary by payment method and volume.
• Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification, AML review, or resolution of active bonus wagering requirements.
• GK8 does not charge internal transaction fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

The Company reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed prior to release of funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

GK8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued through the gk8 platform:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20). The stated amount must be wagered in eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Full contribution tables are published in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, maximum permitted bet per round is capped as specified in the individual promotion — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of issue, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any uncleared wagering requirements are automatically cancelled.
• Sticky bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus amount itself is not withdrawable; only winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn upon satisfying wagering requirements.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is specified per promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gk8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules prior to placing any wager.

• All bets are binding once confirmed. GK8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or system error affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, GK8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the User's Account.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• GK8 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds arising from technical errors or pricing mistakes, provided notification is given to the User within a reasonable timeframe.
• Live betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are subject to suspension and settlement according to official results from recognised governing bodies.
• GK8's decision on any disputed outcome, including game results and bet settlement, is final and binding subject to the resolution process described in our FAQ.

Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in slot and table game products on gk8 are certified by independent technical auditing bodies. Game results are determined solely by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by any party, including GK8 itself.

Responsible Gambling

GK8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour and protecting vulnerable users. The gk8 platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or as a means of addressing financial difficulties.

GK8 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session reminders after a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period stated at the time of application.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time spent and net wagering activity.

GK8 does not permit account registration or gameplay by individuals who have self-excluded from any gambling service. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, please contact [email protected] immediately. Access to the Platform is restricted to persons aged 21 years and above.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the gk8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio-visual materials, and interface design, is the intellectual property of GK8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent from GK8.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any game or Platform component.
• Using GK8 branding, logos, or trade names in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content or game software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GK8 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from technical failure or unauthorised access.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the gk8 Platform.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursements attributable to third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by GK8's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

GK8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• The User has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5 of this Agreement.
• The User's Account activity is consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes.
• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Maintaining the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to GK8.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach by the User, GK8 may void any outstanding bonuses, winnings derived from prohibited activity, and pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User fault, verified Account balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting GK8 support. A request for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of verification of identity.

Amendments to These Terms

GK8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, including changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational necessity, or platform development.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — GK8 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The continued use of the gk8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction under which GK8 holds its operating licence. For disputes arising from the use of gk8 services, the following resolution process applies:

• Informal resolution: Users are encouraged to contact GK8 customer support in the first instance. Our team will aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
• Formal complaint: Where informal resolution fails, Users may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. GK8 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• Final decision: GK8's written final decision on any dispute will be issued within 28 days of the formal complaint being filed. This decision is binding on both parties absent a finding of manifest error.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a User's right to seek legal remedies available under the laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot be contractually waived.
